You need a Security Bond for the Application of Visit Passes such as Long Term Social Visit Pass (LTSVP), Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H), etc.

• Fill up the form (Security Bond Form)
• Get an adult (relative, friend, etc.) to sign the form as the witness. Bring a photocopy of the witness’ IC (which has been certified by JPN) during Visit Pass application submission.
• Go to any LHDN (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) office to get the form stamped for RM10. Inform them that you need Setem hasil for LTSVP (Pas Lawatan Sosial) Security bond – Dimatikan setem RM10 di LHDN.
