How to generate MySejahtera QR code Check-In for Home, Event, Business, etc.

1. Visit: https://mysejahtera.malaysia.gov.my
2. Select “Services” -> “MySejahtera Check-In”
3. Tap “Daftar MySejahtera Check-In”
4. Enter your phone number. OTP number will be sent via SMS to verify your phone number. Check “I’m not a robot”
5. Key in the OTP and Submit
6. Enter Company Profile
7. Enter the “Business Name” for your premise, for example Seminar, swimming pool, party, wedding, restaurant, shop, it can also be your home etc.
8. Select the Category
9. Select the Sub Category
10. Enter the Address and hit Submit
11. The QR Code will be generated

Best Practice when Printing QR Code

Size of the QR Code

Size and distance are what determines if a QR code is readable or not. The ratio of the scanning distance of the size of the QR Code should be close to 10:1.
Example: 1-inch (2.5cm) OR code printed will have an effective scan distance of about 10 inches (25cm)

Placement of the QR Code

Do not place a QR Code behind a reflective surface, for example below a laminted surface, glass top table or the restaurant window. The reflected light might interfere with the scanning process.

Cara Daftar MySejahtera QR Code Check-In untuk Rumah, Majlis atau Perniagaan

1. Layari: https://mysejahtera.malaysia.gov.my
2. Pilih “Perkhidmatan” -> “MySejahtera Check-In”
3. Tekan “Daftar MySejahtera Check-In”
4. Masuk No. Telefon. Nombor OTP akan dihantar melalui SMS untuk sahkan nombor telefon! Lepas tu, semak “I’m not a robot”
5. Masuk No. OTP dan Hantar
6. Masukkan Profil Syarikat
7. Masuk “Nama Perniagaan” untuk contohnya Seminar, kolam renang, majlis, restoran, kedai, malah rumah anda pun boleh, etc.
8. Pilih Kategori (rujuk kepada gambar di atas untuk Senarai Kategori Premis)
9. Pilih Sub Kategori
10. Masukkan Alamat dan Tekan Hantar
11. Kod QR aken dijanakan

Saiz Kod QR

Ukuran dan jarak adalah perkara yang menentukan sama ada kod QR boleh dibaca atau tidak. Nisbah jarak pengimbasan saiz Kod QR hendaklah hampir kepada 10:1.
