Update MySejahtera app ke versi terkini dalam App Store/ Play Store

First Update the MySejahtera application to the latest version in the App Store/Play Store

Klik ikon “Vaksinasi COVID-19” di halaman utama MySejahtera

Click on the “COVID-19 Vaccination” icon at the MySejahtera main page.

Pilih nama penerima janji temu vaksinasi

Select “Vaccine for NAME-OF-VACCINEE”

Klik pautan yang diberikan

Tap the link provide – “Click here to book appointment”

Pilih jenis vaksin dan lokasi PPV yang anda inginkan untuk mencari suntikan penggalak Covid berhampiran anda

Select Vaccine Type and enter PPV name or area or postcode to search for Covid Vaccine near you. What is PPV name? It stands for Pusat Pemberian Vaksin or Vaccination Administration Centre for example: Subang Medical Centre.

Example 1: Astra Zeneca (Adult) in Selangor and Sinovac in Subang

Example 2: Pfizer (Children) in Seremban and Astra Zeneca in Sarawak

Periksa maklumat yang telah anda pilih dan klik “Sahkan”. Selesai! Janji temu anda telah pun disahkan

Make sure all the details are correct and click ‘Confirm’. Done! You got your appointment confirmed.
